Every year, Roompact gives 1% of its revenue to student affairs related non-profits. This year we gave to the ACUHO regional organizations and the National Institute for Native Leadership in Higher Education.
Roompact is pleased to welcome its newest ACUHO-I summer intern, Kassidy Giles from Texas A&M University! Kassidy will be working on developing more resources and professional development for student staff users of Roompact’s software.
This past month in New Orleans, Roompact was honored to be recognized by the ACPA Foundation as an outstanding corporate partner.
Software Updates
Administrators in Roompact’s software will soon (not yet, but soon!) notice a new option in their sidebar: Attendance!
This new feature will enable users to better track resident attendance and participation in events and experiences. Attendance can be tracked by asking residents to scan a QR code, uploaded in bulk, or entered manually.
This feature will initially be released only to users with Administrator-level permissions as a Beta release. This means that we will launch with a smaller sub-set of features and expand it and improve it over time. By Fall opening, we hope to have the feature expanded to all staff users. Once launched, please feel free to try it out, experiment with it, and give us feedback for further enhancements.
