Our Sales Process:
Introductory Call: An introductory call is typically a quick 15 minute call for us to get a better understanding of your current processes and learning model for your department. Most importantly, we discuss what your initial and long term goals are and how Roompact’s software can help you achieve it. If things sound like a good fit, we’ll schedule a demo.
Demo: I like to look at the demo as a continuation of our introductory call with visuals. This is where we go over the features within Roompact’s software and share specific use cases that are more relevant to you based on our conversation. This is also where we can discuss how to achieve specific assessment goals or track specific data that you need.
If you decide Roompact isn’t the solution that you’re looking for, that’s totally okay with us and we appreciate you spending some time exploring Roompact. But ultimately if Roompact is something that can improve your work and is a good fit, we’ll move on to the proposal stage.
Proposal: By the time we get to the proposal phase, we have already discussed the features, pricing and how Roompact would be used specifically for your department. The goal now is to make that happen!

My job is to make it as easy as possible for you to propose purchasing Roompact’s software. We will prepare an entire proposal on your behalf and do much of the heavy lifting so you can tailor the proposal to fit your needs.
Procurement: If everything goes well and the proposal is approved, we head to procurement! We will work directly with IT and procurement services contacts. We have years of experience working with private and public institutions throughout the United States to make this a very easy process for most schools.
Kick Off: We did it! We’re finally ready for our Kick Off! This is where we introduce the Campus Experience and Implementation team to get you up and running. In the Kick Off call, we’ll discuss the logistics of implementation and training for the next several weeks.
Our Commitment to Transparent Pricing
Our pricing is straightforward and is based on the number of residential students. There is an annual fee and a one time setup fee. The annual fee provides usage and access to the Roompact software. The set up fee provides integration with your Housing Management System, Single Sign On, and onsite training.
We DO NOT modularize our features and the annual fee includes access to every feature that Roompact has to offer. Our pricing can increase every calendar year to match inflation and reflect any new updates. If you schedule a demo with us today, we lock in the pricing provided for 6 months. There are no hidden fees for support or an opportunity for us to upsell.
