50+ Examples Of Questions You Can Ask In Your Roompact Microsurveys

One of the unique features of Roompact’s software is the ability to send residents “Microsurveys.” Microsurveys are short, one-question polls of your residents. These surveys can be sent via email or text message. They can be sent to the entire resident population or to specific buildings. And they can include a question that is open-ended, multiple choice, likert scale, or a sentiment scale responses.

Because of the nature of Microsurveys they are best suited to simple pulse-check type questions. As an added benefit, the answers are often returned very quickly (usually within 24-48 hours if sent via text message) and average response rates are in the 30-40% range. This also makes them ideal for when you need to collect information quickly.

Check out these sample questions.

Remember to allow at least a week between Microsurveys to allow responses to be collected and attributed correctly. Also remember that Roompact text messaging features are not “enterprise-level” like campus alert systems and therefore should not be relied upon for situations requiring immediate messaging and response.
