At the end of September, we held a virtual training for staff members who were either new to Roompact, or for current staff who needed a refresher. This training goes over all Roompact features from beginning to end. If you missed it and would like to watch, we’ve made the video available on our support portal.

In October, we held a 201 virtual training to overview the new Tasks feature. If you missed it and would like to watch, we’ve made the video available on our support portal.

We’re pleased to announce and showcase the winners of our annual Door Dec Competition. Check out the winners (and all of the entries) below.

Roompact is holding its annual “poster” contest! Posters can include fliers, social media posts, and digital signage. This contest is open to student staff (RAs, CAs, etc.) at schools who currently use Roompact’s software on their campus. The posters must be sent by December 15th at 11:59pm local time to be considered.

Utilizing a curricular approach for learning allows student affairs professionals to be intentional in designing and implementing learning strategies that are reflective of students’ development. For a curriculum to have a positive impact on students’ development, the environment must be conducive for learning. During this session participants will learn about the characteristics that define a learning organization and evaluate how well those characteristics are reflected in their organization.

Want to get started with our new staff selection tool? This session will give you an orientation to the feature and walk you through how it works and how to build out a hiring process. After the orientation, there will be the opportunity to ask questions or set up a future time to go over the specifics of your process.

Roompact Fellows act as scholars-in-residence to provide support to Roompact schools. They will be contributing to our blog, podcast, and webinar series throughout the year and will be presenting at the R2 conference!
