We’ve continued to add to the new Organization Settings feature available to Administrator-level accounts. The biggest new addition is the ability to see your daily resident import, which can help you diagnose issues with your feed. Check it out under “Resident Assignment Import Statistics.“
Message Center Improvements
Message Center received some back end improvements that will keep you from accidentally sending the same message multiple times and provide more feedback about when your message will be sent.
🎥 New 201 Training Video 🎥
Recorded at the Fall 2024 Roompact User’s Meet Up, Kelly Winters from Northern Illinois University (NIU) shares numerous strategies across numerous features that she uses to increase staff engagement with the Roompact software. Also included is how NIU utilizes assessment data to help further engage staff and reach towards continuous improvement. As Kelly states, if you’re collecting data but not using it, why are you collecting it to begin with?

🎨 New RA Bulletin Board Competition 🎨
Roompact is holding its annual RA bulletin board contest! This contest is open to student staff (RAs, CAs, etc.) at schools who currently use Roompact’s software on their campus. The door decs must be sent by March 31st at 11:59pm local time to be considered.
The team at Roompact will judge all submissions and choose ten winners. We will publish a post announcing the winners and highlighting all of your amazing entries. Each Top 10 Winner will receive a $50 gift card.
