Roompact is Hiring ResEdChat Podcast Hosts [CLOSED]

We’re hiring! If you or someone you know is a great conversationalist and interviewer, this might be for you. We’re hiring two new hosts for our ResEdChat podcast. The priority deadline for applications is February 28, 2025. However, interviews will be rolling until positions are filled. See below for the position description.

To apply, fill out the quick Google Form at the link below. We will review applicants and make decisions as to whom to invite to the next stage. In the next stage, in order to assess your ability to host, we will then do a brief interview followed by recording an episode of ResEdChat with you as a guest.

Podcast Host

Thank you for your interest in Roompact! We’re growing and looking to expand our team. Specifically, we need help with more hosts for our podcast, ResEdChat. Our goal is to constantly be producing content that can aid residence life and housing professionals in their work. We are looking for diverse perspectives and voices.

We’re looking for two hosts who will be asked to record about one episode a month. You’ll have freedom to identify topics and guests, but we’ll also work with you for special episodes. It will require approximately 1-2 hours a month: communicating with guests, preparing, and recording. (Don’t worry about post-production and posting. We’ll take care of that part!) You’ll need to provide your own computer. Episodes can be recorded via Zoom.

While not a full time role, it may be a great opportunity to engage in a passion of yours and make some extra money while doing it. We’ll pay $200 per episode.

Check out our 100th episode where our current hosts discuss what they’ve learned.
