Happy New Year! After celebrating our 10th birthday this year, we’re excited to start the new decade with you. We’ve got some exciting updates on the horizon, but before we get ahead of ourselves, let’s recap what you may have missed since our last update.

Software Updates
We’ve continued to add to the new Organization Settings feature available to Administrator-level accounts. You will now notice that you have the ability to “hide” or turn off specific features. If you don’t use, and don’t want to confuse your staff, with certain features, you can now selectively hide them. Expect more personalization settings in the future.
New Insights Reports
We launched some new reports including a resident engagement report and updated attendance reports. Go take a look if you haven’t recently.
Additional Attendance Features
Attendance has gained new filters and locations. Additionally, When proposing new attendance events, you now have the ability to “show multiple check ins.” By selecting this option, it will allow residents to be corded multiple times for the same “event.” This can be perfect for situations where you might want to record who visits a front desk or goes to tutoring services in the halls. Just create a term-long event and residents can check in and be tracked over multiple visits.
Training
Software Training Recording
If you are a new staff member who hasn’t used Roompact’s software before, or if you’re a current user that just wants a refresher training, we’re holding a live online comprehensive training webinar to get you up to speed. Lasting approximate 2.5 hours, this training will go over all aspects of Roompact’s software, feature by feature.

Time: 2:30-5:00pm Eastern Time
Location: Online via Zoom
To participate, pre-register at the link below and you will be sent the training link approximately 24 hours in advance of the training.
A recording will be made available on this same page and also posted on Roompact’s Support Portal.

New RA Bulletin Board Competition
Roompact is holding its annual RA bulletin board contest! This contest is open to student staff (RAs, CAs, etc.) at schools who currently use Roompact’s software on their campus. The door decs must be sent by March 31st at 11:59pm local time to be considered.
The team at Roompact will judge all submissions and choose ten winners. We will publish a post announcing the winners and highlighting all of your amazing entries. Each Top 10 Winner will receive a $50 Etsy gift card.
